The server is “lights out” and needs no technical attention as Message Pad maintains it remotely.

    Traditional PSTN lines are used to deliver calls to your agent... wherever they are. This is an extremely powerful way of incorporating all your branches into one virtual centre with the high quality voice transmission of traditional phone lines.
  • VOIP-Link
    A Quality of Service (QoS) enabled IP Network or VPN is used to deliver calls using H323 or SIP protocols, particularly useful for occasional or home workers
